Located on what is called Sunset Hill, this house is at 322 Front Street. It was built by a jeweler, George Honnet. He began the construction only to have the frame blow away in a hurricane in 1881. The Greek Revival porches and columns were added in 1915 by Mr. Honnet's son. The house continues to be occupied by family descendants. Pictures of this house were used on the cover of Moore Paint Company brochures.
