looks like a pla 4 star to me. has a vintage mao badge there really big with a likeness of mao as a young man. we wondered why he had put on his full uniform...i thought surely he must be going to attend some event...i wanted so much to go over and talk to him but i was too ashamed of having been born in america. i hope its a stain i can clean off someday.
